I love them.


Easy on the calories.

I usually have 3-5 varieties on hand at all times.

Whole grains are my favorite.

I love the burst of the seed on my tongue.

When you don't have the time to prepare a rub, use mustard.

Last week I grilled swordfish .

It was brushed lightly with olive oil and then

whole grain mustard.

That was it.

6 minutes on each side.

Easy and good.
